On Let There Be Light, I worked as the editor. I collaborated very frequently in post-production with Director Sarah Barker and also worked alongside Director of Photography Spencer O'Neal, ensuring every cut was precise and served a purpose. This process allowed for every scene to contribute to the overall themes and messages that Barker envisioned when creating the project.
Let There Be Light premiered at the iconic Paramount Theater in Austin, Texas, in May 2025, as a part of the Texas Student Television Incubator Showcase and received high praise from all attendees.
Synopsis:
A coming-of-age series that follows Eve, a college freshman overwhelmed with grief, who must reconcile her burgeoning sexuality while deciding whether to honor her late father’s religious legacy or forge her own path in an environment that challenges everything she was raised to believe.
