On Dissonance, I worked as editor and post sound supervisor. With a project like this that would mainly come together in the edit, both visually and audibly, I collaborated closely and consistently with Director Summer Mompoint, Director of Photography Jadia Manakalani, and producer Tomas Treviño, spending many hours on notes and drafts.
Ultimately, the producing team felt that the final edit perfectly captured the vision for the project, helping to maintain the visual consistency and drawing the audience into the characters' relationship over time.
Synopsis:
Two sisters navigate the swelling tension in their relationship as a delicate porcelain figurine becomes both a battleground and a bridge, reflecting their unspoken grief and fragile connection.
